Project Summary

Screenshot of the Aymara Project

Aymara is the indigenous language of people living in the Andean region of Bolivia, Peru and Chile. Compelling social and political reasons have placed a spotlight on the lack of education available for those seeking to learn this language. This project implements the teaching materials developed by anthropological linguist, MJ Hardman, using the latest in educational technology. The project incorporates a database back-end with a flash rendering engine, pushing the limits of what this software has been able to do to date..
